MANGANESE ANTIMONY TITANIUM BUFF RUTILE, an inorganic pigment, is a reaction product of high temperature calcination in which Titanium (IV) oxide, Manganese (II) Oxide, ansd Antimony (V) Oxide in varying amounts are homogeneously and ioncally interdiffused to form a crystalline matrix of rutile.
